Hog Snappers Shack & Sushi

Hog Snappers Shack & Sushi has been Tequesta's tiki hideaway since 2009, tucked along US-1 near the Jupiter Lighthouse. The renovated, come-as-you-are restaurant runs a full sushi bar alongside its seafood kitchen, turning out signature rolls, poke bowls, and ceviche next to regulars' favorites like the snapper, oyster bombs, crab-topped rolls, paella, and hogfish. Everything on the menu, down to the sauces and soups, is made from scratch.

Hog Snappers is also a certified Blue Table restaurant through Loggerhead Marinelife Center, meaning paper or hay straws instead of plastic, no styrofoam, and a focus on local beer, produce, and seafood. Sushi catering is available for private events, and walk-ins can join the waitlist online or call ahead for a table.
